KekeNow Terms

These terms cover the KekeNow app and kekenow.com. By using them you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Questions: getkekenow@gmail.com.
What KekeNow does
KekeNow is free. The app helps customers find and call camboo drivers for rides, drivers who take delivery calls, and local businesses. Customers contact drivers and businesses directly.
KekeNow does not drive, deliver, sell or buy anything. Drivers and businesses are independent, and any ride, order or delivery is an agreement between you and them.
Payments
- KekeNow does not take, hold or handle payments, and charges no fees.
- You pay a business directly for what you order.
- You pay a driver directly for a ride or delivery. Agree the pickup, destination and price with the driver before they start. KekeNow does not set or guarantee a price.
Business listings and suggestions
Anyone can suggest a new business. We confirm the owner's permission and review the details before publishing. Sending a suggestion does not publish a listing, claim ownership or give permission to edit a business.
Contact KekeNow if business details need correcting or the owner wants a listing removed. Requester contacts are private and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Goods, rides and safety
- KekeNow does not insure goods, rides or people, and is not responsible for loss, damage or delay.
- Businesses are responsible for what they sell, its price and how it is packed. Check your order when it arrives.
- Do not use KekeNow to send anything illegal or dangerous.
- We check drivers’ Ghana Card before approving them, but we cannot guarantee anyone’s conduct. Tell us about any problem.
Your account
- Give accurate details and use your own phone number. You must be 18 or over.
- Drivers must hold what the law requires for their vehicle and follow traffic law.
- Business owners should tell us if their published details change or they want their listing removed.
- Do not misuse KekeNow: no false requests, harassment, fraud or spam.
- We may refuse, pause or remove an account or listing that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Availability
KekeNow is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop parts of it.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, KekeNow is not liable for what happens between you and a driver, passenger or business, or for any indirect loss.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using KekeNow after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
