Delete your KekeNow account

You can permanently delete your KekeNow account and associated data at any time. This cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
Open KekeNow, tap the profile button in the top-left corner, then go to Settings and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion to immediately and permanently remove your account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and sign-in, profile, driver documents and photos (including Ghana Card and licence photos) and KYC data, feedback, call logs, and ratings. Your name and phone number are also removed (anonymised) from your past trips. This cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app
If you cannot access KekeNow, for example because you uninstalled the app, email getkekenow@gmail.com from the phone number on your account to request deletion. The KekeNow team will delete your account and associated data.
